Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Nursing Principles And Practices Is Essential For A Manager Clinical Practice At Houston Methodist. A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Manage Clinical Practice Operations.

  • Current Rn Licensure In Texas: In Addition To A Bachelor's Degree, A Manager Clinical Practice Must Hold A Current Rn License In Texas. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The State's Requirements For Nursing Practice And Is Able To Oversee Clinical Operations In Compliance With State Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience: A Manager Clinical Practice At Houston Methodist Must Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience. This Experience Provides A Strong Understanding Of Patient Care Processes And Enables The Candidate To Effectively Manage And Support Clinical Staff.

  • Previous Leadership Experience: As A Manager, Strong Leadership Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team. Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Such As A Charge Nurse Or Nurse Manager, Is Preferred For This Position.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Quality Standards: A Manager Clinical Practice Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Quality Standards, Such As The Joint Commission And Cms Guidelines.
