Lead Simulation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality simulation programs for healthcare professionals.
• Oversee the maintenance and updates of simulation programs to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the successful operation of simulation programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of simulation programs to ensure they meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of simulation programs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to healthcare professionals as needed.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in simulation programs and the healthcare landscape.
• Maintain records of simulation programs and their progress.
• Prepare and present reports on simulation program performance.
