
Lead Simulation Specialist

In this role, you will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of our simulation programs, to ensure our healthcare professionals receive the best possible training. You will need strong experience in simulation program development, as well as an understanding of the healthcare landscape, to be successful in this role. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality simulation programs for healthcare professionals.
- Oversee the maintenance and updates of simulation programs to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the successful operation of simulation programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of simulation programs to ensure they meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of simulation programs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in simulation programs and the healthcare landscape.
- Maintain records of simulation programs and their progress.
- Prepare and present reports on simulation program performance.
