Laundry Attendant - Full Time - Nights

1. Collect and sort soiled linens and garments from various departments of the hospital.
2. Operate commercial washing and drying machines to clean linens and garments.
3. Inspect linens and garments for stains, damage, or need for repairs.
4. Report any damaged or missing linens and garments to the appropriate supervisor.
5. Fold, stack, and organize clean linens and garments for distribution throughout the hospital.
6. Maintain a clean and organized laundry room and work area.
7. Ensure proper handling and disposal of contaminated linens and garments according to hospital protocols.
8. Keep track of inventory levels and inform supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
9. Follow all safety and infection control procedures while handling and cleaning linens and garments.
10. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
11. Be available to work nights and weekends as needed.
