- Lead and manage complex IT projects to support the organization's goals and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and objectives.
- Monitor and track project progress against established objectives and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
- Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.
- Conduct project meetings and provide clear and concise updates to all stakeholders.

- Adhere to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align project priorities with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Center of Innovation team.
- Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the organization in a positive manner.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Technology Setting.
Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Or Equivalent.
Strong Knowledge Of It Infrastructure, Software Development, And Project Management Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
