• Verify insurance coverage for patients by reviewing insurance policies and procedures
• Communicate with insurance companies and patients to obtain necessary information for claims processing
• Accurately enter and update patient insurance information in electronic medical records system
• Utilize knowledge of insurance plans, benefits, and coverage to determine patient eligibility and coverage for services
• Collaborate with billing and coding team to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with insurance coverage or claims
