Houston Methodist is looking for an experienced Human Resources Analyst to join our talented team. The ideal candidate must possess an advanced understanding of Human Resources functions, procedures, and regulations, as well as an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to having excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the successful candidate will have a knack for communication and collaboration with other departments. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Analyst role.This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned healthcare organization and contribute to the highest standards of care. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze Human Resources functions, procedures, and regulations, and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and lead projects that facilitate the smooth functioning of Human Resources operations.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to all departments and stakeholders.
  4. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective Human Resources strategies.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documents.
  8. Provide support and guidance to staff members on Human Resources related matters.
  9. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  10. Monitor performance metrics to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
