We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Analyst - HRIS to join our Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for providing support and analysis of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related processes. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in HRIS systems, data analysis and reporting, and HR processes. He or she will be highly organized, detail oriented, and have strong problem-solving and communication skills. Additionally, the HR Analyst - HRIS should have a passion for helping people and a commitment to excellence.If you think you have the skills and experience necessary to excel in this role, please read on. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain HRIS systems and databases to support HR operations
  2. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and potential HR issues
  3. Develop and maintain HR processes and procedures
  4. Monitor and update employee records in the HRIS
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of HRIS projects
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS system issues
  7. Assist with training users on the HRIS system
  8. Create and maintain HR metrics and dashboards
  9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  10. Provide support and guidance to HR staff on HRIS queries and requests

Job Qualifications
