Food Services Assistant

Additionally, the Food Services Assistant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a current Food Handler’s Card. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to patients and guests.
2. Prepare and serve high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency with food preparation and presentation.
4. Ensure all health and safety standards are being met in accordance with food handling regulations.
5. Follow all instructions provided by the Food Services Manager and other supervisors.
6. Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and properly maintained.
7. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
8. Assist with inventory control and purchasing as needed.
9. Ensure all food is properly labeled and stored in accordance with food safety regulations.
10. Monitor food temperatures and record them as required.
