Facilities Technician Assistant

Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors to the Houston Methodist facility • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including identifying and resolving any technical issues • Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of the facility • Maintain records of maintenance activities and provide regular updates to management • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to ensure the efficient use of resources • Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations • Monitor and inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are maintained • Troubleshoot and repair any technical or mechanical issues that may arise • Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems
