Environmental Services Lead FT-Willowbrook

1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the environmental services department at the Willowbrook location.
2. Lead and supervise a team of environmental services staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
3. Ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained and cleaned according to established standards and protocols.
4. Develop and implement procedures to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in the facility.
5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
6. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any areas that require additional attention.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to environmental services, including staff training and performance evaluations.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the environmental services department.
10. Communicate and enforce all safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
11. Handle and resolve any complaints or concerns related to environmental services in a timely and professional manner.
12. Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
13. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies and maintain the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
14. Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed and contribute to the overall success of the department.
