
Environmental Services Lead FT-Willowbrook

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the environmental services department at the Willowbrook location.
- Lead and supervise a team of environmental services staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained and cleaned according to established standards and protocols.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in the facility.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any areas that require additional attention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to environmental services, including staff training and performance evaluations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the environmental services department.
- Communicate and enforce all safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle and resolve any complaints or concerns related to environmental services in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies and maintain the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed and contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Manager or other members of the leadership team.
Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In Environmental Services Or Facilities Management.
Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Interact With Other Departments.
Ability To Develop And Implement Environmental Services Policies And Procedures To Ensure A Safe And Clean Environment For Patients, Employees, And Visitors.
