- Conduct high-quality echocardiogram imaging procedures on patients using advanced medical technology.
- Ensure accurate and timely acquisition of images, taking into consideration patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and comprehensive diagnostic reports.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards are met.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for the performance of echocardiograms.
- Educate patients on the procedure and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of procedures performed.
- Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet department productivity standards.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and advancements in echocardiography to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Associate's Or Bachelor's Degree In Sonography Or Related Field.
Certified By The American Registry For Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ardms) In At Least One Specialty (Ab, Ob/Gyn, Or Rvt).
Minimum Of Two Years Of Experience As An Echo Sonographer In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Pathology Related To Cardiac Sonography.
Proficiency In Operating And Troubleshooting Ultrasound Equipment, As Well As Experience With Various Imaging Software And Programs.
