Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as the Director System Access & Capacity Management at Houston Methodist. In this role, you will lead and manage the System Access & Capacity Management team while ensuring that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining access and capacity management strategies, policies, and procedures. We are seeking an individual with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service and creating a positive work environment.The ideal candidate will have experience managing an access and capacity management team, as well as strong technical knowledge of access and capacity management systems and programs. Additionally, they should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, be customer-focused, innovative, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the System Access & Capacity Management team
  • Develop, implement and maintain access and capacity management strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
