Director, Supply Chain Finance & Analytics

At Houston Methodist, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Director, Supply Chain Finance & Analytics to join our team. This individual will lead and manage the Supply Chain Finance & Analytics team in creating and executing financial strategies to help the organization reach its goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background in supply chain finance and analytics, combined with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader who can think strategically and collaboratively while being organized and detail-oriented.Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with at least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, supply chain finance and analytics, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to make decisions based on sound analytical reasoning.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to help the organization reach its goals.
2. Create and manage the Supply Chain Finance & Analytics team.
3. Utilize financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to make informed decisions.
4. Lead, manage, and motivate the Supply Chain Finance & Analytics team.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure objectives are met.
6. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and report results to senior management.
7. Create and maintain financial policies and procedures.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant vendors and suppliers.
9. Develop and manage financial budgets.
10. Prepare and present financial presentations to senior management.
