Job Description

  1. Develop and implement a strategic prospect management plan to identify and engage potential donors for the Foundation.
  2. Lead a team of prospect research and analytics professionals, providing direction and guidance to achieve fundraising goals.
  3. Conduct thorough research on individuals, corporations, and foundations to determine their interests, capacity, and potential for philanthropic support.
  4. Utilize data analysis to inform fundraising strategies and measure the success of donor engagement efforts.
  5. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to identify fundraising opportunities and develop cultivation plans for potential donors.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect information and donor interactions in the organization's database.
  7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on prospect management and fundraising progress.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in prospect management, research, and analytics, and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Foster and maintain positive relationships with donors, board members, and other stakeholders to enhance the organization's fundraising efforts.
  10. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all prospect management and research activities.
  11. Represent the organization at events and meetings to promote fundraising initiatives and engage potential donors.
  12. Contribute to the development and execution of fundraising campaigns and events.
  13. Train and mentor staff in prospect management, research, and analytics techniques.
  14. Manage the budget for prospect management, research, and analytics activities.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of the organization and serve as an ambassador for its fundraising efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Data Analytics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Prospect Management, Research, And Analytics, Preferably In A Foundation Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fundraising Principles And Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Prospect Identification, Research, And Analysis For Major Gift Fundraising.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
