Director, IT Security Operations

Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, the Director of IT Security Operations will be responsible for providing strategic direction and tactical guidance to the security operations team, developing and executing a security operations roadmap, and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the safe and secure operation of the organization's IT environment.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-related position. You should also have experience leading a security team and developing security operations policies and procedures. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of security technologies and operations, experience with security operations automation and orchestration tools, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
