You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the integrity and security of our data, as well as troubleshoot any database issues that may arise. As a crucial member of our team, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments to develop and optimize database solutions that meet the needs of our organization.To excel in this position, you must have a strong foundation in database management, as well as experience with hybrid environments. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure.   1. Design, implement, and maintain databases for the organization.
  2. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the integrity and security of data.
  3. Troubleshoot any database issues and provide timely resolutions.
  4. Work with various departments to develop and optimize database solutions.
  5. Ensure data compliance with regulatory standards.
  6. Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Develop and maintain database backup and recovery procedures.
  8. Create and maintain documentation for database systems and processes.

  10. Train and support team members on database usage and best practices.
  11. Identify and propose solutions for database optimization and improvement.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand and fulfill data management needs.
  13. Manage database permissions and user roles.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential database security risks.
  15. Work with vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  16. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  17. Ensure high availability and data redundancy in hybrid environments.
  18. Develop and implement data maintenance and archiving strategies.
  19. Maintain and monitor database system logs and performance metrics.
  20. Adhere to company policies and procedures for database management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Database Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge And Experience With Database Management Systems Such As Oracle, Sql Server, And Mysql

  • Strong Understanding Of Database Security And Data Backup And Recovery Procedures

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Database Issues Quickly And Effectively.
