Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction-related activities to ensure successful completion of projects.
2. Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
3. Establish and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
4. Negotiate contracts with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for the project.
5. Monitor project progress and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.
6. Track and report project progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
7. Address any changes in scope, specifications, or timelines as needed.
8. Ensure that all projects are in compliance with local and state regulations.
9. Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of the project.
10. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships.
