- Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate job classifications and salary levels for positions within the organization.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure the organization's compensation plans are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to review and update job descriptions to accurately reflect job duties and responsibilities.
- Advise and educate managers and employees on compensation policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustments to compensation plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation and pay equity.
- Participate in salary surveys to gather data and benchmark compensation plans against similar organizations.
- Review and approve salary offers for new hires and promotions.
