We are looking for a talented and driven Community Outreach Program Manager- Grants Administration to join the Houston Methodist team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader, committed to working with diverse stakeholders to ensure our grants administration processes are efficient, effective, and in compliance with all regulations.The successful applicant will be a highly organized professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This person will need to have a solid understanding of grant management processes and procedures, as well as knowledge of the principles of non-profit management. A successful candidate will also possess the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to advance the mission of the organization and its partners.Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field, and at least two years' experience in a grants administration role. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to advance the mission of the organization and its partners.
- Manage the process of grant administration and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Monitor grant timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Create and manage grant applications and budgets.
- Analyze grant data and provide reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on grant management processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of grant funds.
- Develop and present grant proposals to potential funders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of grant and non-profit management trends.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Related Field
At Least Three Years Experience In Grants Administration And/Or Community Outreach
