- Conduct and oversee clinical research studies related to obstetrics and gynecology in compliance with ethical, regulatory, and institutional guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, study coordinators, and external collaborators.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the research process, including participant recruitment, informed consent, data collection and analysis, and study documentation.
- Collaborate with the research team to design and implement research protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to study timelines and protocol requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study data and participant information.
- Communicate study progress, results, and any potential issues to the research team and other relevant parties.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in clinical research.
- Stay current on industry developments and regulatory requirements related to clinical research in Ob/Gyn.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical research processes and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to junior research staff, including study coordinators and assistants.
- Collaborate with other departments and institutions to facilitate multi-center studies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and confidentiality protocols.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for the research team.
- Assist with grant writing and other funding opportunities to support ongoing research projects.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Health Sciences.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Field Of Ob/Gyn.
Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Guidelines Surrounding Clinical Research, Including Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) And International Conference On Harmonization (Ich) Guidelines.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Concurrent Studies.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals, Research Staff, And Study Participants.
