We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Research Specialist - Neurology to join our world-class team at Houston Methodist. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our neurological clinical research studies. You must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have a passion for research in the neurological field. The ideal candidate will have extensive research experience and knowledge of FDA regulations, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage clinical research studies in the neurological field, ensuring that all studies adhere to FDA regulations.
  2. Develop strategies for effectively and efficiently managing and recruiting research participants.
  3. Prepare and submit research protocols, data reports, and other documents as required.
  4. Maintain accurate records of research activities, including tracking patient data and results.
  5. Monitor study progress, ensuring that all studies remain on schedule and within budget.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as medical staff and research sponsors.
  7. Analyze research data to identify trends and insights.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical research in the neurological field.
  9. Provide guidance and direction to staff and research participants.
  10. Collaborate with other research teams to ensure successful completion of studies.
