  1. Oversee all pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care outcomes and safety.
  3. Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and manage drug interactions and adverse effects.
  5. Maintain and review medication order records to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
  6. Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers to negotiate pricing and availability of medications.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on new medications and therapies, and educate staff on changes and updates.
  11. Investigate and resolve any medication errors or adverse drug reactions.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees to improve patient care.
  13. Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers to provide medication therapy recommendations.
  14. Maintain accurate and complete records of pharmacy operations and patient care.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Valid State Pharmacy License.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Pharmacy Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Interpersonal Skills.
