  2. Utilize hand therapy skills and expertise to develop treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy.
  3. Work with a diverse patient population, including those with varying ages, backgrounds, and conditions.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in patient care.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  6. Continuously stay updated on advancements and best practices in hand therapy and implement them in patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Hand Therapist (Cht) Designation From The Hand Therapy Certification Commission (Htcc)

  • Current License To Practice As An Occupational Therapist Or Physical Therapist In The State Of Texas

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hand Therapy, With A Focus On Treating Patients With Hand And Upper Extremity Injuries Or Conditions

  • Knowledge Of The Latest Techniques And Treatments In Hand Therapy, Including Splinting, Manual Therapy, And Therapeutic Exercises

  • Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Multidisciplinary Team Environment, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Other Therapists.
