• Collaborate with various departments within Houston Methodist to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in healthcare outcomes.
• Utilize data and analytics to analyze and evaluate healthcare data, identifying trends and patterns to improve population health management.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights to key stakeholders and support decision-making processes.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform strategic initiatives and projects related to population health management.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and present findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in population health management and data analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy, and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure access to relevant data and tools for population health management.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Mentor and train junior team members on data analysis techniques and tools and provide guidance on projects.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current processes and make recommendations for improvements.
