- Train and mentor junior bioinformatics staff and provide guidance on best practices and techniques.
- Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and other scientific events to showcase research and network with other professionals in the field.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with team members and other departments within the organization.
A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Or A Related Field.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Various Bioinformatics Tools And Databases, Such As Blast, Ncbi, And Ensembl.
Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As Python, R, And Java, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis And Visualization.
Familiarity With Next-Generation Sequencing Technologies And Analysis Pipelines.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Team And Effectively Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
