Job Description

We at Houston Methodist are looking for a Benefits Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for helping others and a deep understanding of benefits administration. This role is responsible for providing customer service to employees and retirees, coordinating enrollments and terminations, and ensuring timely and accurate transactions.The successful Benefits Representative must be able to effectively communicate; possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills; and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
