- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain virtual health and clinical communications applications, ensuring they meet the organization's standards and requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions and minimizing downtime.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy standards in all technology solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology, and make recommendations for implementing new systems or upgrades.
- Train and support end-users in utilizing virtual health and clinical communications applications.
- Create and maintain documentation for all technology solutions and processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and effective collaboration.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance of new technology implementations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing technology solutions to enhance patient outcomes and overall healthcare delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any technical issues or barriers to implementation.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to technology solutions and recommend solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare It, Specifically In Virtual Health And Clinical Communication Systems.
Proficiency In Ehrs And Other Clinical Software Systems, With A Strong Understanding Of Clinical Workflows And Processes.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Develop Effective Solutions.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Provide Training And Support To End Users.
