  1. Manage and maintain the EPIC Cadence scheduling system to ensure accurate and efficient patient scheduling.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain system configurations and workflows to meet the needs of the organization.
  4. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  5. Train and educate end-users on system functionality and best practices to optimize their use of EPIC Cadence.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in EPIC Cadence to make recommendations for system optimization.
  7. Work closely with the IT team to resolve any technical issues and ensure system stability.
  8. Communicate and coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.
  9. Participate in testing and implementation of new system features and upgrades.
  10. Monitor system performance and provide timely resolution to any system-related problems.
  11. Document all system changes and updates for future reference.
  12. Provide on-call support as needed to ensure system availability and functionality.
  13. Collaborate with other Application Analysts to ensure seamless integration with other EPIC modules.
  14. Attend training and conferences to stay current with EPIC Cadence updates and best practices.
  15. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Utilizing Epic Cadence Software In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Operations And Workflows, Particularly In Scheduling And Registration Processes.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Other Database Management Tools.

  • Epic Cadence Certification Or Willingness To Obtain Certification Within First Year Of Employment.
