Job Qualifications
  • Board Certification In Gastroenterology: Candidates For This Position Should Possess Board Certification In Gastroenterology From The American Board Of Internal Medicine Or Equivalent.

  • Advanced Training In Gastroenterology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Completed A Fellowship In Gastroenterology From A Reputable Institution, With A Focus On Advanced Procedures Such As Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (Ercp) And Endoscopic Ultrasound (Eus).

  • Extensive Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Clinical Experience In Gastroenterology Is Preferred For This Position. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Diagnosing And Treating A Wide Range Of Gastrointestinal Disorders.

  • Procedural Proficiency: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Performing Advanced Procedures Such As Colonoscopies, Upper Endoscopies, And Liver Biopsies. Experience With Complex Procedures Such As Ercp And Eus Is Highly Desired.

  • Commitment To Research And Education: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Interest In Research And Be Actively Involved In Academic Pursuits. Previous Publications And Presentations At National Conferences Are Desirable. In Addition, The Candidate Should Have Experience Teaching And Mentoring Medical Students And Residents.
