1. Perform financial analysis and reporting duties to ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data.
2. Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports according to established accounting principles and regulations.
3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather and analyze financial data.
4. Identify and investigate discrepancies or variances in financial data and provide recommendations for resolution.
5. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
6. Assist in the preparation and review of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
7. Monitor and report on key financial metrics and provide insights to improve financial performance.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and improve processes.
9. Participate in financial audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
10. Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
11. Train and mentor junior team members on accounting and reporting processes and procedures.
12. Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
13. Collaborate with other members of the accounting and finance team to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
14. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
15. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information.
