Utility Engineer
The Utility Engineer is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and completing work orders related to guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain and re-lamp all lamps in the resort, including socket repair and placement.
- Respond to guest concerns regarding the maintenance of their room or public area in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance for all plumbing stoppages in the resort.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs reflecting all work completed on shift.
- Follow all procedures when responding to any hotel emergency or safety situation.
Previous maintenance experience is required
Prior Resort/Hotel experience is preferred
Ability to work with management staff and other employees in a professional manner.
Knowledge of maintenance methods and equipment.
