Supervisor - Reservations
- The Supervisor Reservations works with the Reservations Manager to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Reservations Department.
- Provides supervision for the Reservations staff and ensures guest/employee satisfaction.
- Works with the Reservations Manager to make sure business and budgetary goals are being met.
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a hotel/resort environment.
Experience developing and conducting employee training.
Experience working in a high pressure, high volume environment.
Proficiency in a second language preferred.
