
HR Administrator
Manage all HRIS data entries (e.g., new hires, separations, promotions, LOA’s, change of status, etc.) in a timely manner. Ensure information in the HRIS system is accurately updated and reports are generated. Manage all employee records, ensure the HRIS system matches hardcopy files. Support ADP and Oracle Configurations, Customizations, Integrations, Workflow and Self-Service functionality. Be the point of contact for all benefits related matters. Assist the team with development and implementation of new hire onboarding initiatives. Handle all un-employment related matters for the company. Manage all online job postings and assist the plants with the full recruitment cycle. Maintain up to date, legally compliant, and fully documented (e.g., on boarding, change of status, leaves, etc.) files. Handle the full cycle of the leave management process.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
