
Advertising Strategy
Develop a phased strategy to ensure our Shopping/Advertising offering is differentiated and uniquely leverages PYPL’s network. Lead the development of our pricing, reporting and insights strategy with a goal of commanding increasingly bigger advertising budgets and becoming relevant to the CMO. Develop and help execute cross-functional processes to ensure operational excellence. Ensure our Shopping capabilities are seamlessly integrated into PayPal’s and Venmo’s product initiatives and omni-channel surfaces. Collaborate with product to prioritize features that increase consumer adoption and revenue. Help design a programmatic system that dynamically optimizes spend against all products and surfaces. Develop a scorecard and KPIs that are appropriate for each phase of business growth. Develop a strategy that will enable the business to scale by optimizing investments in people growth, tools, processes and automation.
