Profiler

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join the HOKA team as a Profiler. In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer data to create profiles and make recommendations on how to better engage with our customers. To be successful in this role, you must have experience with data analysis, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for customer service. 2. Utilize data analysis techniques to interpret customer information and make recommendations on how to better engage customers.
3. Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data.
6. Monitor customer feedback and analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
8. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
9. Provide training and guidance to customer service staff.
10. Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
