As a Product Developer, you will be responsible for creating and developing product designs that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company vision. You will also be a key member of the product development team, collaborating with other departments to ensure that designs are produced following HOKA's exacting standards.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, product design, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in a product development role. You should have excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the product design process. Responsibilities:

  1. Create product designs that meet customer needs and align with company vision.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to ensure designs are produced following company standards.
  3. Utilize technical, problem-solving, and communication skills to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  4. Monitor the product design process to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  5. Conduct research to stay up to date on industry trends and techniques.
  6. Provide recommendations to improve product designs and processes.
  7. Troubleshoot design issues and resolve any issues that arise.
  8. Prepare product specifications and cost estimates.
  9. Create prototypes of product designs and test them to ensure they meet customer needs.
  10. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and components for product designs.
