
Zerto, Senior Sales Manager for India, China & Japan

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in India, China, and Japan for our partner, Hewlett-Packard/HP.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand the technology landscape and competitive landscape in the target markets.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales targets.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members in the region.
- Represent Zerto at industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and build brand awareness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging for the Asia-Pacific market.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential business opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between Zerto and our partner, Hewlett-Packard/HP, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the global sales team to align sales strategies and share best practices.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Zerto's products and services, as well as those of our competitors.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and comply with all legal and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The It Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Sales In The India, China, And Japan Markets.
Strong Understanding Of The Zerto Product And Its Competitive Landscape.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders In The Region.
