- Communicate project progress and updates to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Train and mentor junior team members on technical best practices and procedures.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support and deliver presentations on technology solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our technology solutions.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technology Consulting Role, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Consulting Firm.
Expertise In Multiple Technology Areas, Including But Not Limited To Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, And Data Analytics.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Technical Information To Clients And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Technology Projects, Including The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Risks And Challenges.
