We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Solutions Analyst to join the Hewlett-Packard/HP team. The successful candidate will provide technical solutions for a wide range of challenges, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. They will be able to provide technical advice and support to customers, and have experience in system analysis, software engineering, computer programming, and/or database management. A strong technical background is essential, and knowledge of HP products and services is preferred.Above all, the Technical Solutions Analyst should be committed to providing excellent customer service and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

Analyzing customer challenges and providing technical solutions
Working independently and collaboratively to develop solutions
Providing technical advice and support to customers
Developing system analysis, software engineering, computer programming, and/or database management
Maintaining a strong technical background and knowledge of HP products and services
Providing excellent customer service with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Remaining calm and professional in challenging situations
Assisting with system upgrades, installations, and maintenance
