- Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement strategies align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to contract terms and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks, such as supply chain disruptions or price fluctuations.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to ensure high-quality and timely execution of procurement activities.

- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to senior management.

- Represent the company in supplier negotiations and maintain a professional and positive image.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of procurement spend.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Strategic Sourcing Role.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Cost-Saving Strategies And Negotiating Favorable Contracts With Suppliers.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Identify Areas For Improvement.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Suppliers.
