Staffing Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Staffing Advisor to join Hewlett-Packard/HP's dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, be highly organized and have a strong customer service orientation. This position requires a unique combination of technical and people skills, as well as a passion for finding the right people for the right job.The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in the field of staffing and recruitment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement successful staffing and recruitment strategies to meet the needs of Hewlett-Packard/HP.
2. Utilize applicant tracking systems to source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors.
4. Stay current with changes in the recruitment industry, including legal requirements, best practices, and new technologies.
5. Assist with onboarding of new hires and provide orientation information.
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with members of the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
7. Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers and stakeholders regarding staffing and recruitment best practices.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
9. Monitor recruiting activity and performance metrics.
10. Keep up-to-date records of recruitment activity and progress.
