
Staffing Advisor
We are looking for an experienced Staffing Advisor to join Hewlett-Packard/HP's dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, be highly organized and have a strong customer service orientation. This position requires a unique combination of technical and people skills, as well as a passion for finding the right people for the right job.The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in the field of staffing and recruitment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruiting processes is also essential.At HP, we value a customer-centric approach to staffing and recruiting. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement successful staffing and recruitment strategies to meet the needs of Hewlett-Packard/HP.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors.
- Stay current with changes in the recruitment industry, including legal requirements, best practices, and new technologies.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires and provide orientation information.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with members of the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers and stakeholders regarding staffing and recruitment best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Monitor recruiting activity and performance metrics.
- Keep up-to-date records of recruitment activity and progress.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
At Least Years Of Experience In A Staffing Role
Proven Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Internal Stakeholders
Knowledge Of Current Recruiting And Staffing Trends
Expertise In Using Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Related Technologies
