  1. Design and develop innovative and efficient solutions that align with HP's business objectives and meet the needs of our clients.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and enhance HP's solutions.
  4. Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  5. Create detailed technical documentation for proposed solutions, including diagrams, architecture designs, and implementation plans.
  6. Present and defend proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, gaining buy-in and support for their implementation.
  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  8. Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver compelling presentations and demos to potential clients.
  10. Participate in the development and maintenance of HP's technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  11. Conduct regular research and analysis to identify new technologies and tools that can enhance HP's solutions and services.
  12. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions, making recommendations for optimization and improvements as needed.
  13. Adhere to established coding and development standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to ensure the protection of HP's assets and data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Systems Architecture, Or Solution Consulting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Software And Hardware Systems, As Well As Cloud Technologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.

  • Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Solutions For Large-Scale Enterprise Clients.
