Manage software application licensing for all systems and applications used within the company.
Develop and maintain relationships with software vendors to ensure timely and accurate licensing agreements.
Review and analyze software license agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor software usage and track license inventory to ensure proper usage and avoid any potential legal issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify software needs and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
Negotiate software license agreements and contracts to obtain the best value for the organization.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in software licensing laws and regulations.
Develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient management of software licenses.
