Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Services Product Manager, Workforce Solutions with the passion and drive to be part of Hewlett-Packard/HP’s mission to be the leader in transforming the way the world works and lives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies, plans, and activities to enhance and grow HP’s services product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a combination of business acumen and technical, analytical, and communication skills. A successful candidate must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management and/or strategy, working in a related industry. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute on product strategies, have the ability to understand customer needs and drivers, and the ability to develop effective relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of strategies, plans, and activities to enhance and grow HP’s services product portfolio.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and drivers, and develop relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute on product strategies.
Develop and implement product pricing strategies and monitor competitive forces.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to develop and refine product strategies.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Educate internal teams about services product portfolio and create materials and presentations to convey product marketing messages.
Develop and track key performance indicators and report progress to senior leadership.
