Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HPE Aruba systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in systems engineering.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to HPE Aruba systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior systems engineers.
Develop and maintain documentation of system architecture, processes, and procedures.
Ensure the security and reliability of HPE Aruba systems.
Optimize system performance and capacity to meet business needs.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to HPE Aruba systems.
Work with vendors to evaluate and implement new products and features.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise during sales presentations.
Provide on-call support for critical system issues.
Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Hpe Aruba Products: A Senior Systems Engineer At Hpe Aruba Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Hpe Aruba Products, Including Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points, And Network Management Software.
Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills In Areas Such As Network Design, Implementation, Troubleshooting, And Optimization. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Network Protocols, Security, And Virtualization.
Project Management Experience: A Senior Systems Engineer At Hpe Aruba Should Have Experience In Managing Projects And Delivering Solutions To Customers. This Includes Creating Project Plans, Managing Timelines, And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
Certifications: Candidates With Relevant Certifications Such As Hpe Aruba Certified Professional (Accp), Hpe Aruba Certified Expert (Ace), Or Hpe Master Accredited Solutions Expert (Mase) Will Be Preferred For This Role.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Systems Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Customers, Sales Teams, And Other Engineers.
