  13. Work with vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide proactive support.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Technology Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Server Hardware And Software, Including Design, Testing, And Troubleshooting.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Reliability Improvement Strategies And Processes.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Resolving Complex Technical Issues.
