- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their main point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their goals and challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business success.
- Analyze customer data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting and cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Hewlett-Packard/HP, representing the company and its values in all customer interactions.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics, regularly providing insights and recommendations to improve the customer experience.
- Train and mentor junior customer success team members, ensuring a high level of performance and continuous growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective customer retention and expansion strategies.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to build in-person relationships and strengthen partnerships.
- Stay organized and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the brand.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Success Or Account Management Role, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Enterprise-Level Clients.
Experience In Analyzing Customer Data And Using Insights To Drive Strategic Decisions And Identify Opportunities For Upselling And Cross-Selling.
