  1. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive and welcoming experience for all interactions with Hewlett-Packard/HP.
  2. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively listen to and understand customer needs and concerns.
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, striving to exceed their expectations and build long-term loyalty.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, utilizing problem-solving skills to find satisfactory resolutions.
  6. Act as a senior-level resource for the team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior customer engagement advisors.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management for implementation.
  8. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service, applying knowledge to continuously improve the customer engagement process.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure consistency in customer interactions.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Hewlett-Packard/HP, promoting the company's values and mission in all customer interactions.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Customer Engagement: A Senior Customer Engagement Advisor At Hp Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Engagement, Preferably In A Technology Or It Company. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Needs And Be Able To Foster Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Senior Customer Engagement Advisor Involves Working Closely With Clients, Understanding Their Concerns And Providing Effective Solutions. This Requires Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Listen Actively, Articulate Ideas Clearly, And Build Rapport With Clients.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Hp Is A Technology Company, And A Senior Customer Engagement Advisor Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Hp's Products And Services. They Should Be Able To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Customers And Provide Guidance On Product Usage And Troubleshooting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Customer Satisfaction: A Successful Senior Customer Engagement Advisor Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Customer Service And Driving High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction. This May Include Managing Escalations, Resolving Complex Issues, And Ensuring Timely And Effective Resolution Of Customer Concerns.

  • Team Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Customer Engagement Team, This Role May Involve Supervising And Mentoring Junior Advisors. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership And Management Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members Towards Achieving Common Goals.
