13. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce applications and provide guidance and support to other team members.
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the Salesforce platform are thoroughly tested and functioning correctly.
15. Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures while performing all job duties.
