  1. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures across multiple regions to ensure the safety and security of HP employees, facilities, and assets.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential security threats in the regions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, and Facilities, to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Manage and oversee security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  5. Monitor and analyze security data and trends to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop proactive solutions.
  6. Create and maintain emergency response plans and procedures for various scenarios, including natural disasters, workplace violence, and cyber-security incidents.
  7. Conduct investigations into security incidents and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
  8. Liaise with local law enforcement and government agencies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  9. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging security threats to continuously improve HP's security measures.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to security operations and incidents.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on security issues and recommendations for improvement.
  12. Proactively build and maintain relationships with external security vendors and partners to enhance HP's security capabilities.
  13. Promote a culture of security awareness and training among HP employees to ensure their safety and well-being.
  14. Represent HP in security-related meetings, conferences, and events as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Security Management, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-Site Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Risk Assessment, Crisis Management, And Physical Security.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Security Strategies And Initiatives On A Regional Scale.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or Risk Management. Certification In Security Management (E.g. Cpp, Psp) Is Preferred.
